Q: Do you offer delivery and pick-up? How much is it?
A) Yes, we deliver and pick-up, for a reasonable price based on your location and quantity of rental items. We can offer you a free estimate for your delivery at the time of your consultation. Delivery is always scheduled between Chico Party Rentals and the customer to fit your needs.
A) No, we recognize that some events require a longer rental period. In this case, if your event is Saturday, we would deliver to you on Friday and pick up on Sunday. We consider this to be the same as a one day rental. If you require to have the items longer, we can offer you a quote on the extra days rental.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A) Yes, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking and for the final payment to be made 10 days prior to the event. Of course there are exceptions to this and we can work with you if you are on a budget and require to make payments prior to your event.
Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve my equipment?
A) It is always best to reserve your rentals in as far advance as possible to ensure availability on all of your desired products. However, we always do our best to accommodate tight deadlines as well. We will always work hard to provide our customers with the products they need regardless of the time frame.
Q: What do I need to do to clean rental equipment before returning?
A) Linens should be returned in good condition, free of rips, burns, excessive soil and candle wax. Plates, glassware, flatware and food preparation equipment must be scraped free of food. If you are unable to comply to these conditions, there will be an extra cleaning fee applied to your order.
